View of the ocean and the Tuesday night luau from my room, as well as, the private beach access. Room was VERY clean! Beds are a little firm but not uncomfortable at all and I have back issues. My boyfriend and I practically lived in the lazy river on the first floor pool area. Staff were super welcoming and friendly. For the price during peak season it is definitely worth it!! I definitely recommend staying here!!!

The proximity to the beach and to other places we wanted to go was excellent. The yard with chairs was awesome. Absolutely loved the fire show, balcony, kindness of employees. Loved free parking on the same level as our room, pools and lazy rivers, TV, internet, fridge. Glad the facility was not crowded at all. Our Room was very clean, was able to get towels daily, has comfortable beds and pillows.

Wonderful view of the beach from our beachfront room with balcony. Walked along the beach which was amazing. Their restaurant was mediocre at best. Checked out their breakfast and the French toast looked burnt so we decided to pass. Plenty of breakfast places elsewhere. We didn't use the pools but it seemed like families were using the indoor pools. There is a small lazy river outside. A bit chilly during our stay in March. Went to SC for a change of scenery and cool weather. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking is available within the hotel. Good feature. Bed was a bit uncomfortable but we were only staying for 3 nights. N

Location right smack on the beach. Clean room. No bugs or anything like it. Parking is close to your room. Free of charge. Enough spaces available. Several pools and two lazy rivers. Nothing special but ok to cool off. Some pools are on the seventh floor with a great view. There is also an indoor pool. Hot tubs are on floor seven and one is in the indoor area. Rooms have. Fridge and a DVD player with the TV. You can rent some movie DVDs free of charge. Friendly, approachable staff at front desk. We felt welcome. And we would come again.

The housekeeping service was good. I hate having to go and ask for towels/ wash cloths. I like that they deliver those things on a daily basis.
